On June 9, 2022, Dr. Daniel L. Zabrowski provided notice to BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Board’s Compensation Committee, effective immediately. In addition, on that same day, each of Dr. Jeffrey Vacirca and Mr. Mark Santos provided notice to the Company of their intention to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Each of Dr. Zabrowski, Dr. Vacirca and Mr. Santos’ resignation notice did not indicate their resignation is the result of any disagreement with the Board.
