On May 19, 2022, CBAK Energy Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) released its unaudited results of operations for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
