Ferrari NV on Monday said that it will implement a new organizational structure on Jan. 10 as three members of its senior management team will leave the company.

The Italian sports-car maker said that Chief Technology Officer Michael Leiters, Chief Brand Diversification Officer Nicola Boari and Chief Manufacturing Officer Vincenzo Regazzoni will end their cooperation with the company to pursue new opportunities.

Internal people and external new hires have been identified and will join the company starting in January, according to Ferrari.
