settlement over excessive fees, Reuters reported.
* Reuters reported that a preliminary settlement of the proposed
class action was filed on Wednesday in federal court.
* The bank denied wrongdoing as part of the settlement proposal,
which is subject to judge's approval, Reuters said, adding that a
bank spokesman declined to comment on Friday.
