Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Representatives of Smart Sand, Inc. (“the Company”) intend to participate in the Barclays CEO Energy-Power Conference on September 10, 2020 to discuss the business and affairs of the Company. The presentation materials to be used at the conference are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
