Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 23, 2019, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued three press releases reflecting continuing exploration and development efforts: one announcing the achievement of commercial production at the Company’s Gold Bar mine in Nevada, U.S.A., one relating to recent exploration results at its Black Fox underground mine near Timmins, Ontario and one relating to recent exploration results in the Grey Fox area of the Black Fox property.
