Glaxo Draws Bidders for Consumer Healthcare Business in India -Reuters

--GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), which is looking to sell its consumer
healthcare business in India, has drawn bids from Nestle S.A
(NSRGY), Unilever N.V. (UN) and Coca-Cola Co. (KO), Reuters
reported Tuesday, citing "four people familiar with the mater."
--The sale of a 72.5% stake in its GlaxoSmithKline Consumer
Healthcare is expected to bring in more than $4 billion, the report
said.
--An offer was not made by Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (RBGLY),
although it is looking to strengthen its consumer health operation,
the report said.
--The consumer healthcare business makes such products as malt
beverage Horlicks and chocolate malt drink Boost, the report
said.
