(1)  Includes 53 deferred stock units acquired on December 1, 2017, 54 deferred stock units acquired on February 23, 2018, 54 deferred stock units acquired on May 25, 2018, and 71 deferred stock units acquired on August 24, 2018 representing dividends on deferred stock units pursuant to the dividend reinvestment feature of the Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors. Also includes 510 shares acquired on August 24, 2018 pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.
(2)  This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $52.445 to $52.865. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price.
