simultaneous livestream of EDC Las Vegas, Hangout Music Festival
and Rock On The Range on May 18-20,
2018. Music fans tuned in to watch more than 125 artists,
across genres that included dance, rock, indie and hip-hop music,
perform live on LiveXLive's website, mobile apps, and OTT apps,
Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire, as well as through distribution
partners such as Twitch, YouTube, Tencent Video, Townsquare Media's Loudwire, and
Revolver.

Over the course of three days, LiveXLive and Slacker Radio
successfully drove cross platform traffic across its properties.
