"Company") announces the voting results from its 2017 Annual
General Meeting held on June 23, 2017
in Vancouver, British Columbia
(the "Meeting").
At the Meeting, a total of 191,479,785 common shares were voted,
representing 63.73% of the votes attached to all outstanding common
shares of record. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of
business before the Meeting, which included the election of the
