Guy interviewing did a nice job overall expressing "baggage" of the past. He did touch on about all relevant topics. (I do wish a question had been asked about patents to get Yves comments there as to his perspective on relative strength and value). Reading between the lines, my sense is that Yves is making some decent progress and will have news on partnership(s) sooner vs. later. Clearly, he knows he will be measured accordingly...but also smart enough to not make promises or predictions as might have been done in the past...and hopefully timing and scope of the announcement(s) will come as a pleasant surprise to many. I did think at times the interviewer should have allowed Yves to say more before switching up his line of questioning. I sensed the interviewer (I guess he is one of the user group leaders in Europe?) was still coming to grips with the timing expectations from the past being dashed. Understandable. Personally, I feel good about Yves and the future. I will be disappointed (and somewhat surprised) if we don't have some additional significant news prior to the shareholder meeting.

When there are more sell orders than buy orders, the market makers themselves (the companies they work for) buy the shares. As a result, the MM's likely have a lot of shares to unload. Thus the buy of one share at $1.10. They're hoping that there's a demand for the stock Monday morning. That's the way things work as I understand it.

That one share buy at 18:55:23 for $1.10 is likely a market maker trying to make it look like there's a demand for the stock. This is one of the games that MM's play.

That sale of 294,967 shares at 4 o'clock is likely multiple people/institutions dumping their shares.

For example, that trade at 16:10:47 listed as a buy of 26,651 shares could be and likely is the market makers adjusting their books for the day. They likely needed to cover a short trade.

They can't generate any type of revenue so this is the only way they can keep the lights on and keep the paychecks flowing by constantly selling shares and dilution.

Great business strategy the last 15 years. 👏

The text on polaritons showed this sentence...last 7 words

The device contains two parallel phase shifters, each consisting of a 10- to 15-µm-long, 100-nm-wide slit between pieces of gold mounted on a silicon dioxide substrate and filled with a nonlinear organic electro-optic material

HI,
Stated in the text about polaritons:

And that is where we put all our efforts, all of our intensity in making that happen

Sound familiar?

That's like when Lebby said LWLG was a fully commercial company, and he was going to devote 100% of his time to closing deals.

That was two years ago.

How's it gone since then?

Yves yesterday:
“the fantastic thing for us is. and that is why we really push at this time, that there is a window in the market that is of a size never existed before and the fact that window is so big and such a high volume also opens up the fact for us to accelerate potentially that timing by moving these people who are going to have more resources than when we stand alone. And the market is still big enough for us to create a sizable business as a company, right, so this is the kind of window we have. And that is where we put all our efforts, all of our intensity in making that happen and convincing all the silicon photonics players, that they really have to work with us.

With this information as a backdrop, we’ve put together a list of 10 common reasons businesses close their doors:

1. Failure to understand your market and customers. ( how true in the case of Lebby, not knowing what your market wants and needs)

2. Opening a business in an industry that isn’t profitable
3.Failure to understand and communicate what you are selling. ( how true lebby failed miserable on this subject)

4.Inadequate financing. ( look at that its not the number 1 reason, you condescending prick)

5.Reactive attitudes (failing to react so true in the case of lebby)

6.Overdependence on a single customer. ( so true, 2 years depending on polariton and not gaining traction)

7. No customer strategy. ( so true, misplaced strategies by thinking want the market wants instead of focusing what the market needs)

8. Not knowing when to say “No.” ( the irony, tho whom?)

9. Poor management ( doesnt need any explenation)

10. No planning ( hard to see any planning in the last 6 years with Lebby as a captain)

The easiest way to get rich! Buy a stock en masse of a company that has a top product that will become ubiquitous and is manipulated and shorted in such a way that everyone thinks it is worthless. After a short squeeze of 1 hour you are in for the rest of your life!!!

Many of the short sales and the buys during the course of the day are actually actions taken by the market makers to facilitate the orderly flow of the orders that come to them. That's how the markets work.

Ok, second line not second sentence.... And second paragraph as i had said and as most would have referred to it .... So we were both right in a way and you're still autistic and I still regret listening to a word out of your tractor buying bike riding mouth....How is the tractor you bragged about buying when we were at $15 anyway??? You don't mention it much these days...

"Have you read the latest LPC agreement? How many free shares did the company give LPC to do the deal?

LPC has almost zero risk. They just wash shares from the company to retail and the free shares are a pad for any loses they may incur if the market goes sideways or the bid evaporates. Also a form of payment for facilitating the scam financing."

Seems Musk has other solutions for the heat problem:

?Elon Musk's data centers, particularly those operated by his AI company xAI, utilize advanced cooling technologies to manage the substantial heat generated by their high-performance computing systems. A notable example is the deployment of liquid-cooled server racks, which directly cool the processors, significantly enhancing thermal management efficiency. ?

In addition to liquid cooling, environmental considerations have led to innovative approaches such as the development of a ceramic membrane bioreactor in Memphis. This system aims to treat wastewater for reuse in cooling processes, addressing both water consumption and environmental impact concerns. ?

However, these data centers also face challenges related to energy consumption and environmental impact. In Memphis, the operation of gas turbines to meet power demands has raised concerns about air pollution, while the substantial daily water withdrawal for cooling has sparked debates over resource sustainability. Community members and environmentalists are advocating for renewable energy solutions and improved water management practices to mitigate these issues. ?
