                 ANNOUNCES A SERIES OF NEW OFFICE LETTINGS IN                  

                WEST LONDON TOTALLING 4,092 SQ M (44,050 SQ FT)                

At Great West House, on the Great West Road in Brentford, BSkyB has renewed
their lease over the top 4 floors providing 1,978 sq m (21,290 sq ft) at a rent
of �167 per sq m (�15.50 per sq ft).

Hammersmith and Fulham Council have completed their lease renewal at 275 King
Street, Hammersmith, paying �159 per sq m (�14.75 per sq ft) for 1,575 sq m
(16,960 sq ft).

Cambridge House, Cambridge Grove, also in Hammersmith, has secured a charity
called The Open Society for 412 sq m (4,440 sq ft) on the 5th floor at a rent
of �189 per sq m (�17.50 per sq ft).

Finally, at CI Tower in New Malden, Daewoo has taken 126 sq m (1,360 sq ft) on
the 10th floor at a rent of �210 per sq m (�19.50 per sq ft).

The total annual rent payable under these leases is in excess of �682,000 per
annum.
