appointed trustee, registrar and paying agent for Nebraska Public
Power District's 2009 General Revenue Bonds. Issuances include
$50,355,000 Series A Taxable Build America Bonds, $100,000,000
Series B Taxable Bonds, and $17,890,000 Series C Tax-Exempt Bonds.

services for the debt issue, including processing principal and
interest payments and maintaining bondholder records. "The
