The Company announces that the board has relieved Mr Moshe Leder of his duties
as the chief executive of the Company. Mr Leder will remain a director of the
Company until further notice.

Tal Barnoach, a non-executive director of the Company, has agreed to take on,
with immediate effect, temporary executive responsibilities pending the
appointment of a new chief executive.
