                         Preliminary Results Announcement


Wellington Holdings plc, the manufacturer and distributor of specialist polymer
seals for engineering and industrial applications, will announce their
Preliminary results for the year ended 31 December, 2002 on Monday 24 March,
2003.


An analysts meeting to discuss the Group's results and future outlook will be
held at 9.30am on 24 March at the offices of Binns & Co., 16 St Helen's Place,
