                       Wigmore Group plc (the "Company")

        Issue of New Shares to Square Mile and Evolution Beeson Gregory

The Company has received (a) a notice of subscription from Square Mile Limited,
in accordance with the "A" Warrant Instrument entered into between the Company
and Square Mile Limited on 6 July 2004, to subscribe for a further 25,000,000
fully paid ordinary shares in the Company and (b) a notice of conversion from
Evolution Beeson Gregory Limited, in accordance with the Loan Note Instrument
entered into between the Company and Evolution Beeson Gregory Limited on 4 June
2004, to convert #25,000 of Loan Notes into 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary
shares in the Company.

The Company will make application for the 50,000,000 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 1 December
2004.
