                               (the "Company")

                  Subscription for warrants by Square Mile


The Company has received a notice of subscription from Square Mile Limited, in
accordance with the "A" Warrant Instrument entered into between the Company and
Square Mile Limited on 6th July 2004, to subscribe for a further 24,800,000
fully paid ordinary shares in the Company.


The Company will make application for the 24,800,000 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 24 January
2005.
