Director Shareholding


The Company has today received notification that John Morgan, a Director of the
Company has today exercised options to purchase 656,250 ordinary 0.4 pence
shares in the Company ("Shares") at an average of 52.589 pence each.


Further, Mr Morgan has today sold 356,250 Shares at an average of 245.0578 pence
each.


Following these transactions, Mr Morgan is now interested in 300,000 Shares,
representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
