Venture Production plc (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 11 July 2005 of the following changes in the
interrests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs").
The following Ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Shares") were
purchased under the Venture Production plc Share Incentive Plan on 11 July 2005
on the London Stock Exchange. Partnership Shares were purchased by each Director
and PDMR at 404.55p per Shares, Matching Shares were acquired at nil cost
pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan and will be held in Trust.
