Vocalis announces that, as a result of a long illness, Ms Jane Crathern, the
Company's finance director, has today resigned from the Board of Vocalis.  The
Board of Vocalis would like to thank Jane for her dedication to the Company
since its foundation and wish her a speedy recovery.

The Board of Vocalis has commenced the search for a new finance director.
