Departure of Peter Webb from Unicorn Asset Management Limited

The Board notes the announcement from the Company's Investment Manager, Unicorn
Asset Management Limited ("Unicorn AM"), that Peter Webb has stepped down from
his position as Chief Executive and resigned as a director of Unicorn AM with
effect from 21 July 2008.

The Board has been advised by Unicorn AM that the day to day management of the
Company's investments will not be affected.
