Further to the AGM circular dated 5th May 2007, Turbo Power Systems Inc ('TPS'),
confirms that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00am on 
Thursday June 7th at the offices of KBC Peel Hunt Ltd., 111 Old Broad Street,
London, EC2N 1PH.

answer any questions from investors that were unable to attend the meeting at
