On 30 September 2003 Mrs. Bilha Sova was appointed as an outside (public)
director in the Company.

Mrs. Sova is 53 years old and possesses an academic education (MBA).


In the previous five years Mrs. Sova has served as CFO. of Galam Ltd.


In addition, Mrs. Sova has served in the previous five years, or is currently
serving as member of the board of directors in PHMS Ltd. and in Maayan Steel
Ltd.


Mrs. Sova does not hold any shares or securities of the Company, nor does she
hold any shares or securities of the Company's subsidiary or of any of the
Company's related companies.
