            RE:       Technoplast Industries Ltd - Immediate report

Technoplast Industries Ltd. (hereinafter "Technoplast") announced, to the Israel
Securities Authority (ISA) and to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), as an
immediate report, that Technoplast has decided to appoint Messrs. Itamar Patishi
and Moshe Katz as directors on its behalf in Afik Printing Products Ltd.
(hereinafter: "Afik").

Technoplast holds 25.1% of Afik's share capital, entitling it to appoint two
members to Afik's board of directors.

The above appointment is effective as of the date hereof.

Afik manufactures and markets cassettes and cartridges for printers and cash
registers.

Afik's sales in the year 2002 amounted to 21,300,000 NIS.. Afik's net profit for
the year 2002 amounted to 1,600,000 NIS.. Afik's self capital as at 31 December
2002 was 3,900,000 NIS..
