1pm, the AIM quoted independent provider of finance to the SME sector, announces that on 14 April 2016 Ron Russell, non-executive director, purchased 30,000 shares in the Company at 67p per share following which Mr Russell's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 10,218,300 shares representing 19.45% of the Company's issued share capital. UK Private Healthcare Limited, a company of which Mr Russell is a director and with which he is connected by virtue of a 25 per cent. shareholding, has an interest in 1,122,949 shares in the Company.
