Following the previously announced severe downturn in the market for
construction industry related work, Drings have taken immediate measures, but
also wish to evaluate, how this will impact on their business in the medium
term.  Directors are exploring a number of options which may reduce this
impact.

In view of uncertainties as to the extent and timing of the downturn and of
the likely outcome of a number of the options currently being explored, the
Directors felt obliged to ask for a suspension in Drings Shares.  These
options include discussions, which may, or may not lead to a joint venture or
a reconstruction of the Company.

A further announcement will be made when these matters have been clarified and
a firm plan of action can be put into place.
