         GRANT OF SHARE OPTION AND NOTIFIABLE INTEREST


Drings of Bath PLC announces that it has today granted an option over 959,375
Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in Drings of Bath PLC at an exercise price
of 3p to Peter Burridge, a non-executive director of the Company.

Options granted under this scheme may be exercised during the four years
following the expiration of a period of three years from the date of grant of
the option.

The option granted above, if exercised, represents 1.25% of the current issued
Ordinary Share Capital.  In addition to the above, Mr Burridge s wife, Mrs
Isabelle Burridge, has a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, which represents 0.4% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The Company also announces that Bidworth Limited, a company wholly owned by a
trust where Vincent Moran, Chairman to the Company, is one of a number of
potential beneficiaries, yesterday purchased 750,000 (0.98%) Ordinary Shares
at a price of 2.75p each.  Following this transaction, Bidworth Limited s
interest in the issued Ordinary Share Capital is 23,062,500 (30.05%).

In addition, Vincent Moran s total interest in the issued Ordinary Share
Capital is 29, 187,500 (38.03%).

All shares and holdings above refer to the Company s issued Ordinary Share
Capital of 0.2 pence per share.
