Drings of Bath PLC announces that it purchased yesterday for a consideration
of #7,100 Blue Pennant Stone Company Limited, a company which has a quarry
extraction licence for stone particularly suited to an area into which the
Company is expanding.  Blue Pennant Stone Company Limited was wholly owned by
a trust through Bidworth Limited, of which trust Vincent Moran, Chairman of
Drings of Bath PLC, is a potential beneficiary.
