DRINGS OF BATH - NOTIFIABLE INTEREST

Drings of Bath Plc announces that Union Pension Trustees Limited today sold
1,100,000 (1.43%) ordinary shares at 2.5 pence each, of which 1,000,000 of
these shares were purchased at the same price by Mr John Turigliatto.

Accordingly Union Pension Trustees Limited s and Mr Turigliatto s interests in
the share capital are 5,662,500 (7.38%) and 5,650,000 (7.36%) respectively.

All shares and holdings above refer to the Company s issued ordinary share
capital of 0.2p per share.
