sold 1,200,000 (1.56%) ordinary shares at 2.5p each to Mr John Turigliatto.

Accordingly Union Pension Trustees Limited and Mr Turigliatto's interest in
the share capital is 12,112,500 (15.78%) and 2,550,000 (3.32%) respectively.

All shares and holdings above refer to the Company's issued ordinary share
capital of 0.2p per share.
