Application has been made to AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange plc, for
the admission of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "New Ordinary Shares").
It is expected that admission will occur on 31 October 2007.

The New Ordinary Shares are issued pursuant to the exercise of share options
under the Enterprise Management Incentive Option Agreement under the Thomson
Intermedia plc 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme.
