Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that on 30 July 2014 David Bernstein CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of 1722 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the transaction, David Bernstein holds 6,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 43,701,880 (excluding treasury shares).
