The Company was informed on 03 April 2009 that today Mr. Andrew Clark ,
Non-Executive Director, exercised 1,061,000 warrants at a price of 6.98 pence
per Ordinary Share. Mr. Clark is now interested in 2,222,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.67 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital
of the Company.
