The Company today announces that Mr Steig Westerberg, an executive director of
the Company, sold on 3 June 2005 26,133 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.00p per share. Following these sales, Mr
Westerberg has a beneficial interest in 20,429,913 Ordinary Shares, representing
5.29 percent in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
