Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM: AISI), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, announces that, further to the announcement earlier today, the Company's ordinary shares will be restored to trading on AIM at 07:30 am on 10 August 2011.

As a result of the capital reorganisation, the total issued share capital of the Company is 4,142,727 new ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The new ISIN of the Ordinary Shares is CY0102102213 and the SEDOL is B6WC674.
