leading global engineering and technology services company has
today announced the appointment of Matthew
Chinn as the new managing director of the Energy Sector UK
& North West Europe cluster
with immediate effect. Matthew brings over 20 years of energy
sector experience and joins us from the Energy Service Division,
where he was responsible for the European Service business.
Welcoming his appointment, Andreas J Goss, chief executive,

Andreas J Goss also expressed his appreciation for the work of
Jens-Peter Saul, who held the role
of Energy Sector managing director since 2008. Saul has now moved
to the position of CEO of Siemens Wind Power, globally.
Following the acquisition of Westinghouse, Matthew Chinn joined Siemens in 1998 and has
held a number of management assignments in the UK, USA, Middle
East, Asia and Germany before his position as Head of the
European service business for the global Energy Services
Division.
