connection with a listing application in relation to the re-
denomination of bearer shares on a one for one basis to no
par value stock in registered form. It should be noted that
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a
total of 583,738,030 shares, rather that 594,780,740 shares,
as previously stated.
