                                 AGM Statement

SDL plc, (LSE: SDL), a leader in the emerging market for Global Information
Management (GIM) solutions announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company, which was held at 2.00pm today, all resolutions proposed at the meeting
were duly passed.

The Company will announce its Interim Management Statement for the period 1
January 2008 to the date of the announcement at 7.00 am tomorrow, 25 April 2008.
