           TEAMtalk Completes Acquisition of National Radio Station
                                                    

TEAMtalk Media Group plc ("TEAMtalk") announces the completion of its #2m
acquisition of 80% of Radio Tara Limited, trading as Atlantic 252, from RTL
Group on 4 December 2001 on the basis of the heads of agreement announced on
11 October 2001.


Bill Wilson, Chairman & Chief Executive, of TEAMtalk, said:


"We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Atlantic 252. It will
provide real depth to our radio offering in the UK. We intend to rebrand the
station TEAMtalk 252 and relaunch it by the end of the financial year as the
UK's first non-stop sports radio station, providing yet another distribution
channel for our content. "

the UK, 330 hours of audio sports programming is produced including a 9-hour a
day radio show for Ladbrokes. Audio activities have been further strengthened
with the acquisition in June 2001 of Hampson Radio Limited, the number 1 for
in-store radio programming in the UK.
