Reed Health Group plc (the "Company")


The Company was informed on 25 October that Julia Isabel Louise Brown, James
Andrew Reed, Richard Anthony Reed and Alexandra Mary Chapman have acquired an
interest in 3,320,170 "B" ordinary shares and that Julie Isabel Louise Brown and
Stephen Craig Kenneth Oxley have acquired an interest in 4,603,500 ordinary
shares, respectively, in the Company by virtue of becoming trustee of a
settlement under which members of the Reed family benefit (the "Settlement").
Furthermore, the Company was informed that Farrer & Co Trust Corporation Limited
ceased to be interested in those shares as trustee of the Settlement.  Following
request from the above holders, the 4,603,500 ordinary shares referred to above
have been re-designated as "B" ordinary shares.
