                                 Board Changes

Reed Health Group announces that Lord Tom Sawyer, a Non-Executive Director of
the Company, has informed the Board that he does not intend to seek re-election
at the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 25 November 2004. He will
therefore stand down from the Board following the Annual General Meeting.

The Board propose to appoint Derek Beal as a Non-Executive Director in place of
Lord Tom Sawyer. Therefore Derek Beal has offered himself for election at the
Annual General Meeting.

Derek Beal is a Chartered Accountant and has spent the last 15 years of his
career in recruitment. He serves as a Director of Reed Personnel Services plc
and therefore cannot be considered an independent Non-Executive Director. A
schedule of his other directorships is attached.

Barry Hartop, Chairman of the Company, said

"Tom Sawyer's contribution to the Company has been invaluable in the areas of
corporate policy and business strategy and he will be missed. We look forward to
welcoming Derek Beal to our Board."

The Company has received confirmation from Derek Beal that no further details
should be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
