The Company was informed on 19 October 2004 that Judith Lynne Hill has ceased to
be interested in 5,000,000 B ordinary shares in the Company as trustee of a
settlement under which members of the Reed family benefit (the "Settlement").
Julia Isabel Louise Brown is now interested in those shares as trustee of the
Settlement.
