The Company received notification on 24 September 2004 that FMR Corp, parent
holding company of Fidelity Management & Research Company ("FMRCO"), an
investment manager for US mutual funds and Fidelity International Limited
("FIL") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, are together interested in a
total of 1,594,869 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately
4.26 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
