The following announcement amends the payment and record date of the dividend in
the interim results announcement released today at 07:00 under RNS number 7877V.


The Board is recommending an interim dividend of 0.73 pence (2002: 0.73 pence)
payable on 15 April 2004 to shareholders on the register on 12 March 2004.
