Conditional Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards for 2012-14
On 20 March 2012, the following conditional awards of Rathbone Brothers Plc
ordinary shares were made to directors of the Company at GBP12.61, being the
average mid-market closing price during the 20 business days prior to the award.
These awards were made pursuant to the Rathbone Brothers Plc Long Term Incentive
Plan approved by shareholders on 11 May 2011.
