Transaction by a Director/PDMR

The Company was today notified that on Friday 13 January 2012 David Courtley, Chief Executive, bought 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 155.4257p per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Courtley holds an interest of 69,540 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.092% of the issued share capital of the Company.
