As at the close  of business on 29  February 2008, the estimated  Net
Asset Value per ordinary share ("NAV  per share") of the Company  was
107.17p.  This represents a gain of 1.1 per cent on the NAV per share
as at 31 January 2008.  The estimated fully diluted NAV per share was
105.56p.
