Parkwood Holdings plc announces that on 28 January 2010 the Company cancelled 
50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each held in Treasury. 
 
 
As a result of these transactions, the Company holds no shares in Treasury. 
 
 
Therefore, the Company's capital consists of 18,615,420 ordinary shares with a 
nominal value of 1 pence each, with voting rights. 
 
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,615,420. 
 
The figure of 18,615,420 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Parkwood Holdings plc under the
