On 18 January 2010 Mr A W Hewitt, Chairman, gifted 1,000,000 shares in the 
Company for no consideration to the 2009 A W Hewitt Family Settlement, in which 
he has a non-beneficial interest. 
 
 
Following this gift Mr A W Hewitt's interest (including non-beneficial 
interests) in the Company is 11,090,000 shares, representing 59.57 per cent of 
the voting rights in the Company.
