                           Company Secretary Change                            

Norah Burns has informed the Company of her intention to resign from her
position as Company Secretary of Parkwood Holdings Plc and her service with the
Company concludes today, 25 January 2008.

Group Finance Director Terry Bowman will assume the position of Company
Secretary from that date until a permanent replacement has been recruited.

The Board wishes to thank Norah for her contribution to the Group in her role
as Company Secretary and wishes her every success in the future.
